Greetings Friends
I appreciate your time as I share my story with you…
I started my journey over 20 years ago, when I chose to leave everyone and everything I loved to join the United States Air Force. I was determined to figure out who I was while seeking a higher, more meaningful purpose. I had the honor and privilege to not only serve along side some of the bravest heroes globally but blessed with the opportunity to coach and mentor them as they too were facing trials, tribulations, and setbacks along the way.
As my path transitioned along my career, I faced many transformations within my family, career, faith, and overall total body health and wellness. Fortunately, each challenge resulted in bumps, bruises, and trials leading to my resilience. One lesson resonating with me today is, your dreams will come true if you have the confidence, courage, and consistency to pursue them. I had to explore my obstacles with curiosity focused on the foundation of positive intentions highlighted by self-care and personal awareness to my goals.
I truly believe everyone desires to be happy and successful in life no matter how many times you stumble along the way. It is how you choose to get back up, dust yourself off, and take a leap of faith forward to continue with resilience.
My Inspiration
Life’s challenges may direct you to take sharp turns you may not always be ready for but are forced to face no matter what season you are in. Your health and wellness soon becomes compromised, your priorities are consumed by others, and you feel as if your personal journey has been lost along the way. Know you are not alone and I desire to help you reinvigorate your purpose and self-compassion!!!
I lost myself for some time after I retired from the military (career transition) and within the same year, my mother passed away, which caused me to feel alone, fearful, and stuck in my resistance. I was learning how to live with the grief of losing one of the most important people in my life while also finding my true self again. I have since learned to look in the mirror with love and hope to figure out who I am, all that I am capable of, and to focus on my health and wellness so I can be the best version of me. I would not be where I am today without the support of my faith, family, and friends who never left my side!
Now is my time to pay it forward with confidence, courage, and consistent efforts to help you transform your life from any judgment or self-doubt. Your first step is to free yourself from what has been holding you back so you can thrive in your journey of leaving behind old patterns to create new, lifelong habits.
